We collect the personal data you give us and the information needed to provide our services, which may include your name, contact details such as phone number, WhatsApp number and email, your household requirements, and, where you proceed with a placement, the information required to process a Work Permit and related paperwork. When you use this website we may also collect standard technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, match and place a suitable domestic helper, process the necessary applications and insurance, provide support after placement, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We may also use your contact details to reply to you and, where you have agreed, to send you relevant updates. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
Consent
By submitting an enquiry or otherwise providing personal data to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of that data for the purposes set out in this policy. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, though this may affect our ability to provide our services to you.
Disclosure
We may disclose personal data to third parties where necessary to provide our services, for example the Ministry of Manpower, insurers, medical providers and other authorised parties involved in a placement. We require these parties to handle your data in line with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data.
Protection and retention
We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is securely disposed of or anonymised.
