Our services and agreement
Any placement of a domestic helper is governed by a separate service agreement between you and Sapphire Maids, together with the requirements of the Ministry of Manpower. That agreement, not this website, sets out fees, the replacement policy, refunds and the responsibilities of each party. Where these website terms and your signed service agreement differ, the service agreement applies.
Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create any obligation on either side until we confirm the next steps with you. We handle the personal data in your enquiry in line with our Privacy Policy.
